I don't know but I would guess you need to read the tv manual. It is possible the dongle isn't working and suggest you plug it into a computer to check if it is being recognised.

Another possibility is the tv usb socket needs to be switched on using one of the tv menus.

  • Vernon Taylor Sep 10, 2018

Incidentally, it is also possible the tv won't recognise what amounts to another sound card unless the internal sound is disabled.

SOURCE: HP 8159URF Wireless Keyboard Dongle lost! How can i use it?

Unless you can find not only the exact part number but a dongle with the exact same serial number its not possible.Having the same issue.I say shame on HP for creating this issue by not wanting to sell type specific replacements to resolve this problem. They would prefer that you buy an entire new set. Good Luck.

My hed set not sapprt

Headphones are a convenient way to experience audio-rich entertainment on your own terms. Headphones allow you to customize your listening level without disturbing other people in your general vicinity. Headphone cables can be a hassle, however, so many new headphone models feature a wireless connection. PCs tend to be wire jungles, so eliminating one wire from a potentially jumbled mess can be an intriguing feature of wireless headphones. Connecting wireless headphones to your PC allows you to take advantage of the benefits of listening to your movies, music or games through headphones without the struggle of the headphone cable.

Charge up or place batteries in your headphones and transmitter. Wireless headphones require power to function. Many wireless headphones come with a charger base. You need to charge your headphones before you attempt to connect them to your PC. Some wireless headphone models require batteries, which you must install before you connect the headphones to the PC. Connect the transmitter to your PC. The transmitter may connect via the PC's headphone jack or USB port. If the transmitter connects to the headphone jack, plug it in and check your headphone's user guide to verify how to synchronize the headphones to the transmitter. If the transmitter connects via USB, you will likely need to install software to use your wireless headphones. If your wireless headphones are Bluetooth-compatible, continue to the next step. Pair your headphones via Bluetooth to your PC. If your PC is not Bluetooth-equipped, you will need to install a Bluetooth USB dongle. Turn on your headphones and open the Bluetooth software on your PC. Scan for Bluetooth devices from your PC. Your headphones should appear. Select the headphones and follow any further instructions to complete the pairing process. Test the headphones. Pick out a song or a video and play it on your PC. Connect your wireless headphones and verify that you can hear the audio. Find the volume controls on your headphones and adjust them to make sure the volume changes correctly. If your headphones are not functioning properly, verify that the headphones are turned on. If the headphones are on and you do not hear anything, verify that your transmitter is functioning properly and that you have your volume turned up on your PC. Recharge your headphones when you are finished using them. To ensure that the headphones are ready anytime you need them, you must always place them on the charging base when you are finished using them. If the headphones are battery-powered, be sure that you always have spare batteries on hand. Hope this helps.

Cant get the pulsar 590 works with windows 7

I finally solved this problem. Buy a CSR v4.0 enabled bluetooth dongle on ebay, plug it in to a usb slot. Right click the bluetooth icon in system tray and select "Settings" and tick "Allow bluetooth devices to find this computer." Then click "add a device", turn on your bluetooth headphones and the headphones will show up in bluetooth devices. Add the device, then right click your speaker icon in the system tray, select playback devices. From the menu, select the headphones and set them as default. I did this and they work perfectly. Furthermore when I turn the headphones off, the sound goes back to normal speakers - no other adjustments made. Turn the headphones on again and the sound defaults to them. I noticed on an earlier failed install of the headphones when they did appear in Devices and Printers that the drivers were CSR something enabled. I did try some cheaper dongles and the actual Plantronics USB dongle(expensive) to no avail. Get a CSR 4.0 enabled device. Mine cost 6.00AU total.a199a342-df05-4c7a-89f7-c82a948f31c9.jpg

Aspire 3000 laptop

Normally you setup a passkey or use 0000 or 9999 as a passkey.

The question is, does that pop up when you try to connect a USB device? Do you get that when you try to install the dongle? (That shouldn't happen). If you are trying to connect a PDA or cell phone, you setup the passkey for the connecting device on the computer then type it in to the PDA or mobile phone. If you are trying to connect a bluetooth headset, then you use whatever code is from the manufactorer. Normally this is 0000 or 9999.

Hope this helps!
