Step 1: Disable all the USB connection and the printer.
Step 2: Close all the print job and connect the printer and the computer by USB cable.
Step 3: Make sure that your printer is connected to the active Internet.
Step 4: Check if your printer is connected to the Internet which should be active.
Step 5: Open the tool on your computer and select your printer.
Step 6: Click on the Reset Waste Counters button on the right side of the dialogue box.
