Question about Frigidaire FEF336BC Electric Kitchen Range
I have a frigidaire wall oven (not sure what the model # is, but it looks like the the single electric GLEB2757A). I turned on self cleaning for 2 hours, and for some reason the door never unlocked, and the cooling air is still blowing. The door is a not a latch, it's automatic. It's been a week, I have decided to turn off the braker to the oven after it continued for 3 days. HELP??????????????? oven door won't close. Wife says she may have pushed clean by mistake and then opened the door. Now the door won't close, it appears the latch into which the bayonet on the door fits into is locked.
I fixed the automatic oven door lock on my oven. While the door was open, I pushed the button on the upper left hand side a couple of times (the one that senses when the door is closed.) Then I was going to call the repairman when the door closed! I had to run the self clean cycle again to get the lock light to go off, but it worked!

"IMPORTANT: IF THE TEMPERATURE KNOB IS TURNED TO OFF BEFORE
THE DOOR IS UNLOCKED, THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. Forcing the lock
will damage the lock mechanism. Return TEMPERATURE knob to CLEAN, unlock
the door, then turn TEMPERATURE knob OFF."
Straight from the manual, available on line.
Lots of us had this problem. Google it properly.
This worked immediately.

Tips for a great answer:
Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided the door on your Frigidaire wall oven is not unlocking. Performing a reset on your oven can trigger the door latch to unlock, in order to reset your oven you would need to disconnect power from it for roughly ten minutes. If this does not resolve your issue with your oven you can also hold down the clear or cancel button for 10 to 15 seconds.
Another step you can attempt is to perform a self-clean cycle and before the cycle starts cancel it and that can trick your oven into unlocking. If these troubleshooting steps do not help correct the problem it could be a faulty door latch or control panel. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt

Error Code E90 typically means that you have a faulty motor door latch, lock motor assembly, door light switch or a defective EOC. You would need this to be diagnosed by a professional technician in order to properly repair the wall oven.
