our hotpoint fridge freezer ffm74 has stoped working. The freezer doesnt work and the fridge is freezing everything.

hi the fridge requires cold air from the freezer,the air cant get in there due to ice blockage,defrost appliance for min 36hrs and then once the appliance reaches approx -12o the fridge should start to go cold
