How did you possible that fuse is blown up. Don't need to buy another printer, try to repair it to a Technician unless you want it to be repair. Power Failure are just only a simple problem but if you see any smoke coming out on it before it blows or any smell bad on it then I agree you have to buy a new one. Good luck!

Check the wire going into the display, these comeout easily. Otherwise there will be fuses at the back of the radio.

This is a laser unit problem, probably being caused by the laser scanner motor being slow to spin up to speed, or having failed completely.
Replacement of the laser unit is the first thing to try here.
