It constantly freezes, crashes, especially when I open Outlook 2003. One of the main error messages is that Windows Explorer has stopped working. It also happens if I am on line and with other software. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
Try to restore this to an earlier time using system restore, it should keep all of your files, but if you installed something recently it will not be there and many times this is the simplest solution.
got to control panel and in the programs uninstall menu click view updates if you have just recently installed a new browswer it appaerentl is having an issue so click and uninstall it and reboot your computer should prompt you to download after running sys update click install updates and follow steps from there if you have not recently updated explorer or anyother internet browser then just uninstall the original internet explorer and restart on startup click sys update a prompt should appear to install newest version bla bla click yes and follow the pop up prompts through the install thats it hope this helps or atleast gets you closer to a solution talk to you later man....
