Question about Cabela's Alaskan Guide Binoculars
Who makes the lens for Cabelas Binoculars?
I just purchased an Alaskan Guide Series 10X42 and these appear "to me" just as clear as $1800 Swaroski's
The center hinge is loose. I have to use both hands to hold the binoculars up to both eyes.

I agree with you on that! I have a feeling they are either Nikon or Leupold sourced. The body is alot like green ring leupold ive seen but the lenses have a magenta multicoating on a lens surface which ive seen on nikon. I'm in the process of looking for the maker of them myself as I need an objective lens. I'm going to call the Cabela's Cust SVC number and see what they say. I've heard the new Euro styled binoculars are made by Meopta.
