Looks like you have to send your unit away to have it calibrated.
I would send them an e-mail enquiring about cost details before posting the unit to them. And double checking the postal address where the unit needs to be sent.
HongKong does not have any Zip code or postal code. Only China has postal code. Hong Kong and Macau, which have their own postal systems. If you need to fill up an addresses just leave it blank or just put HK or XXXXXXXX on it. Just put the complete address without any post/zipe code.

Did you send the postal order registered post, where a signature is required on receipt?
You basically have no proof of posting it otherwise, it could be lost in the post.
If you sent it recorded delivery and it was signed for, then you could get the police involved.
I would open a case with ebay in case they have had complaints from buyers with this seller before. If you get the police involved, give ebay the incident number as it helps them with their enquiries.
