If you are not using the original chargers it could be the type of charging cable. Not all cables that fit will charge the device correctly.

When you plug the USB charger to the unit, does the Orange LED light up?
If the light is ON, then the problem could be the charging circuit or the battery is defective.
If the light is OFF, then the USB port has a cold solder (Solder crack)

It's most likely that the fuse in the plug of the charger lead has blown. There's a ring at the top of the charger plug. Unscrew this and the plug comes apart. You'll see the fuse inside. Be careful not to lose any parts.
