My phone froze up when I was looking in the play store. Can't turn it off or anything.

If you have a detachable battery then remove it for 2 minuttes then reconnect. If that doesn't help you will need 'unfreeze' code. With that problem (if you're not technically literated) I'd recommend to visit a "cell unlock" repair shop.

My N1100 completely froze and the only way to switch it off was to remove the battery. However it still froze when I switched it on again, not even getting as far as asking for the pin number. I don't have anything in particular stored on the memory card but after reading the above solutions by simply taking it out and switching the phone on again has solved the problem.

try turning it on and off or try to see if you need a new batery in the back of your phone if not goto the verizon store

dead disc? or disc reader? also why woulf turning the tv off help? did the wii overheat? or anything strange?

when it freezes like that you either have to much memory on it but when they came out with those nanos they froze alot and there isnt really anything to do besides try to let the battery die and turn it on again

if you stored your contact on sim card....just take your sim out...........as for your photos hopefully you stored these on the sd micro you can take that out too. right under the battery .............now get your $$$ back......note this phone is actually nice we have had ours since xmas (purchased from china throught ebay and works fine)

sounds like the hard drive to the 360 died. thats why its not picking up any of the account information that was stored on it

ts a problem with the latest download update. sorry to say but its a job for sony as long as its still under warranty. just phone them up explain the probs your having and they will send you a new (normally reconditioned) unit out. sony's replacement service is very good

Interesting - did it get wet or did you try to flash it..............the phone is in flash mode and you will have to flash the phone with the proper software package to recover it.
