I am particularly concerned if "debt owing to me" and "return the owing" in the sentence (if anyone has any debt owing to me should make efforts to return the owing to my Estate) are correct both grammatically and English-wise: What I am trying to say is that if anyone has to return some money (or kind) to me should do so quickly
