I cant get the device to charge

If you don't have the original charger and cable, it won't ever say, "charging", but any standard USB cord plugged into any standard USB charger will work. It just doesn't say, "charging", and will charge slowly. Check the percentage of battery, and check again in half an hour. You will see that it is indeed charging.

I took mine to a B&N store, and that's what they said. They no longer stock the chargers/cords.

How do I find out a percentage of a number

You likely mean this to be the 'Average' number of employees per day rather than percentage. However you need to work out based on hr's per day that each employee can work. Lets assume though that they work full time, 8hrs per day. Then you would work out as follows:
3223.5 /8 /28 /306 = 0.047 employees per day

If they only work 1 hr per day it would be:
3223.5 /28 /306 = 0.376 employees per day

Each employee would need to work:
3223.5 /306 = 10.53hrs per month

Number of days past the due date as a percentage?

That would depend on the terms of the payment. Two days late on a daily payment would be 200% while two days late on an annual payment would be about half a percent.

Lg thrill wont charge

Date: May 16, 2014

I have an LG Thrill 4G. My phone just went thru an issue where it wouldn't charge past 4%. Sometimes, it wouldn't go past 2%, so I had to leave it on the charger ALL the time - or risk it dying, completely.

For days, the only services shown on my battery usage were:
Cell Standby: 33%
Bluetooth: 33%
Phone Idle: 32%
Display: 2%

I replaced the battery with a brand new one - NOTHING changed. Battery still sat around 2-4% for the entire day, while on the charger. So, I started uninstalling apps like crazy - just to see what would happen.

NOTHING. Same thing.

So, I decided to at least install the Facebook app back...and the upgraded version had to be installed - so I did it.

VOILA!!! My phone instantly started charging ...8%...14%...24%...52%...80%...91%...all over a period of about an hour. Just a constant charge going up a few percentage points every few minutes...

...and all of a sudden, started going back down pretty rapidly when it hit 92%. Within maybe 3mins, the charge went from 92% to 78% - and I wasn't using the phone. I was just watching the meter drop 2 percentage points over a period of a few seconds, each time. I decided to quickly turn the phone off at 78% but left it on the charger.

After roughly 5mins, I turned the phone back on, just to see what the charge would be sitting at. WOULDN'T YA KNOW - 3%.

How can battery life go from 78% to 3% - while it's OFF - within a 5min span??? Therefore, my question is: was it really charged to 78% when I turned the phone off? Or was the battery meter being "tricked" by some app that might be installed?

The first battery it did this to was the 1500mah. Used that battery for like 3 days of this before I replaced it. The battery the scenario above JUST happened to is my new 3500mah battery, and it's been giving this 3500mah battery the 3% capacity for a whole day and a half now...

How do I program the H5CX ASN timer to turn on 5 mins and off 25 mins in an endless cycle. I don't understand the term Output Mode so from that point the instructions become meaningless.

Omron:
https://www.ia.omron.com/support/
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/h5cx_sell-sheet-wiring.pdf

I believe you have 230Volt 50 Hz electric power.
Omron is rated 50-60 hz
US timers are rated 60 Hz.
Maximum load on Omron timer is 5amp at 230 volt
Timer should be connected to 2-pole contactor (relay) instead of directly connected to pump.

Does Amazon sell percentage cycle timer in your country?
A cycle timer makes one full revolution each hour, or 4-hours, or 12 hours. Then percentage is set for 8% for 1 hour cycle.
Contact Intermatic and ask if they have 50 cycle percentage cycle timer, or ordinary cycle timer in 50 Hz.

How can i set a percentage key, i bought the ER-A440 used and im trying to set a percentage key but I have not been successfull, please help, Ihave been trying for hours!!:(

Hi. What do you mean by 'set' a percentage key. Is there a percentage key on the keyboard already? are you trying to set a rate? If you want to use it for discounting, you just type an amount to discount in REG mode and press %- to remove it. Please describe your use and I'll try to help
