Sorry ahamad have a samsung LN32D403E4DXZA sound but only note book size coloured downward Like checkered note book can this be fixed ??

Generally horizontal bars are signs of panel issues but you could try baking the tcon board in the oven and see if that helps since it works for a few mins...sounds like a heat issue if its not that panel

t con will be in the back somewhere........usualy center top or center bottom........might be behind a metal panel......

sounds like your ribbon is broken,it happens to sasungs often,get it replaced
