Hi, I would request you to pull the washer out and tip it back so he can check the hose connections to the water drain pump in the bottom of the washer. That pump should have two hose connections. In older machines, it is entirely possible that a hose has either come loose or cracked. If the hoses appear fine, check the pump itself for possible cracks. If all looks well, check the hose clamps for tightness.
