2 batteries side by side. Positive off 1st battery goes to scooter, then link neg from 1st batt to pos of second batt. Then negative from second battery to scooter.
if the battery is cell type like a drill you can shock the battery to back to life. look on youtube. if it isnt cell type the a new batt is required. i repair my drill batteries myself. only ever 1 cell down which in turn throws the others out. hope this helps you as batts are not cheap
you may have got some of the electrics wet, if so it should dry and be fine, if not then we need to know how many light segments are lit, and how many flashes.
Replace the batteries because they are too low to give you enough power to get out of the red. Once you have the new batteries charge before use and then check the charger t make sure you are getting a good output to charge the batteries Hope this helps
Once you inspect all of these for damage, you can test your motor and batteries, by bypassing the controller, and directly hooking the batteries to the motor. If the motor spins very fast, then you have good batteries, and a good motor. The controller will need to be replaced. If your motor spins slowly, you could require new batteries or Controller, or battery, depending on the results.
