Normally there are no lights which does signify off. To check, disconnect from the mains electricity supply for 5 minutes and plug back in.

There are 2 models of Hamiltion Beach FlexBrew coffee makers: a 12-cup and pod machine and single-serve machine.

Whichever one you have, I suspect you do not have the User Guide for the machine.

If yours is the 12-cup and pod machine, you can find the User Guide (a PDF document, meaning you will need Adobe Acrobat Software, free) to download and save here:
