Yes. These fans have thermal protection in the motor, as well. The thermal fuse or thermal breaker may be bad.

If the jumper has been removed, then the control is working in the low voltage circuit. Black should be 120v in, White the 120 going out to the fan, and the red or limit wire is (should be) in the low voltage control circuit. In that particular model, there is a small thermo fuse connecting the white wire and the yellow wire(there are 2 yellow wires coming from the capacitor). It's hidden in the coil so you can just cut the wick in that area an pull those two wires and you are going to see the fuse(small square shape one).

The blade cage has locks and screws that you can remove from the back. once the cage has been removed, you can remove the blade attached to the motor using a vacuum cleaner or you can remove the blades by undoing the screw on the center detaching it from the motor.

Do you have a circulator that circulates when the water is up? Many controls have a AUX connection ... wire the AUX to your fan --- alaternatively, wire directly fron your circulator connection to the fan.

Cleaning a 14F0 Honeywell Fan

thank you for using fixya. The blade cage has locks and screws that you can remove from the back. once the cage has been removed, you can remove the blade attached to the motor using a vacuum cleaner or you can remove the blades by undoing the screw on the center detaching it from the motor.
