Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an HP5610, 1 yr old. I have used original HP cartridges with no problem since buying it. Recently, I replaced the original black cartridge with a remanufactured one. I got the "align page" message. Algined the page, but after a few prints, the message reoccured. Replaced the remanufactured with the original, aligned again, and the same occured. Swaped orig and remanu several times, same thing happened: after a few prints with no align page mesg, the mesg reappeared. Currently, the printer is constantly showing the message, but will print and copy from the computer (running the software program), however it wont copy or scan from the printer control panel. How do I permanetly get rid of the message?
Hello sir; Wen you alginedthe you have to pick up the most clear letter then press resume if you don't pick up the number or letter and press resume , he message will come back again.
