You want to order the lenticular screen (has vertical ridges). The part number is TKG2AH50381 and you can find a supplier if you google it and then click on the shopping tab.

PT-53X54J screen cracked. How can I replace it?

Your part# for the lenticular screen is TKG2AH50641. Panasonic has them new for $358.65 plus shipping. Or you might be able to find one cheaper if you google it or find someone that has the same model TV that doesn't work anymore.

My screen is cracked need to be replaced

Your set has 3 screens:
FA812 SuperShield is no longer available
23837472 Lenticular lens is no longer available
23837450 Fresnal lens is also not available.

Check with some of your local TV shops. You may find a non-working TV with good screens for sale.

Good luck
