Benq sold these mice in 2006. Might try contacting Benq to ask for a replacement as they operate a recycling program.

there is a button just behind the scroll wheel, push it and the usb unlock and come out

Try replacing the batteries or if it has rechargeable batteries, try removing and replacing them. Also clean the red lens on the bottom of the mouse with a cotton swab. Good luck!

There should be an eject button on the lower portion of the mouse. Press that button and the receiver can be removed.

if u look seriously. you can get above side is two part and below side is one part, press above scroll ,'againast side of the cover and pull (there is a plastick lock.)
