Question about GE Lands Phones
What is the make and model number of your phone?
Posted on Aug 04, 2009
Try power cycling the phone. Remove the battery from the phone itself and then leave it out for about 5 to 10 minutes. After the minutes, put the battery back in and turn the phone ON.
If you get the same problem, look for "Reset Default" in the settings and select it. This would reset the phone. Otherwise, you need to contact the manufacturer for repair.
Hope this helps and have a great evening!

First place the handset on the main base for reset then see the User Manual for details. There may be an additional handset in use. Move closer to the base. Please let me know the model no so that I can further assist you.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
