Question about Philips Televison & Video
Most likely it's a power supply board related issue. It maybe something simple like a blown fuse on the board. The fuse replaceable. Radio Shack or Electronic supply place will carry replacement fuses.
The other possibility is the power supply board itself is damaged. It maybe a bad capacitor or a transformer on the board. Replacement boards can be found on the internet. A good place the start is Shopjimmy.com.
