While talking to shark and looking for my serial number on the NV752 I was told that not all shark vacuum cleaners have a serial number. Also when trying to register online it requires a serial number,and won't let you register it without it. So my suggestion is to call shark and have them register your vacuum cleaner. Again to make it clear not all shark vacuum cleaners have a serial number.
