Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I was getting a message on the printer saying "right cartridge needs adjusting". I removed the cartridge and put it back in. I still got the same message. I put a new cartridge in and it worked fine, then all of the sudden the printer shut off completely and it won't turn back on. Any ideas?
I'm assuming you've made sure the power cord didn't fall out. It could be possible that the ribbon cable to the head assembly is damaged or pulled loose. This would explain the first message of the "right cartridge needs adjusting". Check both ends to see if it's come loose and check the whole ribbon for damage. Also, do a full reset of all cables. (power, usb etc.)
