Question about Apple iPod classic MP3 Player
Recently my ipod screen went blank and i am not able to navigate through my ipod. I'm not sure what happened, it was working the day before and the next day the screen is blank. The Ipod was purchased in Feb. 2008, and came with a 3 year warranty PSP plan. Anyways, i went to a local near Best Buy to have the Geek Squad take a look at the ipod. They said they couldnt fix the problem. I asked if they could replace the Ipod with a new one and they said, "no ,my warranty doesn't cover it". Can anyone help me out? Im looking at the service plan online and it does state that Best Buy would replace it with a product of equal value, best buy gift card of equal value, or add the value back to your credit card.
If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep.
