CISCO rangeplus range router validating identity

I have a TIME warner internet(wired) and tried to changed it to wireless with my CISCO rangeplus range router but after I install Cisco in my PC and tried to connect with thru wireless, It wont connect me and will say VALIDATING IDENTITY....Please help.
