To file a stolen claim and replace the phone

It depends on where you're from. If from the US, and US protectorate, first you must file a claim with the police for stolen goods. You will get a claim number, with that claim number you need to call the assurance company. hey will explain the rest. If there is no assurance company, then the device have to be under the warranty period to claim it from the wireless carrier. Some wireless carrier won't replace the phone but will prompt you to buy a new device, best of luck.

Hi,

Well, Its quite tricky to get round that but you will have to, Power the device down then press volume down and power until it comes on then it should bring you to a "recovery" sort of bit now you can do a factory reset just incase it is a software issue within the phone

Thanks

AT&T 964 won't free phone line when incoming caller hangs up

Verizon is right, it's out of their hands. You may have a defective unit or it may be sharing the line with other equipment that is fooling the phone in thinking the call is still there. Or, you may have DSL on the line and it may not be filtered.

You'll have to start by eliminating other devices from the line, fax, computer, credit card machine etc. Now try the auto attendant voice mail. Add those devices back and check each time.

3 – Press AA
4 – Press LINES
5 – Line number: Dial line number (001-xxx).
6 – Line:xxx Ans:No Press CHNG to AA if auto attendant will always answer theline. If a Night Service key will be used to activate auto attendant answering, leave Ans: at No.
7 – If line has been changed to Ans:AA, press * then press TABLE.
8 – If Table:1 is OK press RINGS. (Table 1 is the default greeting table. Change to a different table (1-4) if alternate answering is required on the line being programmed.)
9 – Rings:0 – Press CHNG, dial number of rings before auto attendant answers the line, or leave at 0 for immediate answering. Allow at least 2 rings if CLID is in use.
10 – Repeat for each line to be programmed.

Notes For Night Service Mode Auto Attendant Answering
If the auto attendant will only answer lines in night service mode, line answering should be set to No as per step 6 above. Using night service will cause the AA to answer lines immediately.

Changing auto attendant's voice to be my own.

GBSA: Depending on which auto attendent you have, which is
an add on device to your phone system, you will either have to go to the actual unit and access it via a jack, some have built in CD mikes and re-record the message. The newer units have an access code that you dial from your extension unit allowing you to make the change from there. Thank You. Jerry
