The easiest way is to use a piece of mashing tape on a stick, with the tape wound sticky side out. Don't drop it!

Dropped a portable phone down the lint chute of a whirlpool cabrio dryer

That was UN-lucky. I would try using 2 thin pieces of wood to reach down into the lint trap housing and lift the phone out. This might be hard because the phone is smooth so if you have some double sided tape, apply that to the wood. If the phone is standing vertical, you may what to try using a large set of channel lock pliers to reach down. If all this fails, you'll need to disassemble the dryer. See my other solution for disassemble instructions.
Best of luck.

I dropped spray bottle lid into lint trap..was removing lint trap..and lint and bottle lid fell into lint do i get it out?

Can you see it? A trick I often use is to find some very sticky tape securely attached with the sticky side out on the end of a stick, and try to touch the lid with it and hopefully it will stick to the tape. On the plus side it probably won't do any harm just to leave it if you can't get it out.

Where is the filter?

To find the filter you need to do the following steps. Find your lint trap. Lint traps in washing machines can be in the agitator (the large plastic piece in the center of the tub), at the top of the washer on the rim of the tub, or attached to the washing machine's drainage hose. Pull out the agitator tube to check for the lint trap. Peel any loose lint from the filter. Scrub away lint that doesn't peel off easily with a heavy-duty paper towel or a wet sponge. Feel your way around the top rim of the washing machine's basin. If you locate a trap, pull it straight out of the machine. Peel away loose lint and follow up with a wet sponge or heavy-duty paper towel. Check your machine's drainage hose for an attached lint trap. Remove the trap and peel the top layer of lint off. Rinse the trap in low-pressure, warm water. Reattach to the drainage hose. Check for and remove any lint or debris that may have dropped into the washing machine basin during the cleaning.

How do u lift the top of the dryer so i can get in the drum of the dryer

Generally in the older dryers, the top has hinges in the back, that allow you to flip it up. To keep it from opening, there are two catches on the front base panel (about 2 inches in from each corner) and two screws under the lint trap door. First, disconnect electrical power cord, precautionary. Then remove the two screws under the lint trap door, that attach the top to the lint trap. (The next step exploits the slight flexibility of the dryer chasis.) Slide the top piece forward of the base (away from the back side) about a half inch, then lift the front edge of the top piece. (Sliding forward should allow you to clear the catches that hold the top down.) You're in....
