Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
I've tried lightening the load, running spin only, everything I can think of. I'd say probably 90% of the times I wash towels this washer does this. Any ideas?
Check the water inlet valve. Make sure that the wiring connections at the solenoids are clean and tight. Make sure the the connectors on the end of the wires that plug onto the solenoids are crimped on tightly and are not corroded. This is a common cause of this code on the Neptune washer. Hope this helped and best wishes.
