SOURCE: 55LM6700, no video or audio. LED on pwr brd flashes 5 times. What does this mean? Resoldered all capacitors. Still no video or audio. LED neither lights or flashes. What does this means.

Maybe it means you flubbed up re-soldering the capacitors. It was probably the main board to begin with.

AN LG FLATRON192WS THAT WAS BLINKING A GREEN LIGHT BEFORE CHANGING CAPACITORS. IT TURNS ON AFTER THAT WHEN I REMOVE DISPLAY BELT FROM SCREEN. LIGHT TURN ON CONSTANTLY.RETURN BELT LIGHT START BLINKING

Sounds like panel fault. Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, [Exclude the model number] in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts./

My washing machine is only beeping and all lights flashing

I don't know the make or model number of the unit, but most likely the beeping and/or lights flashing is a digital error code being displayed. I need more info to better help you with your issue. If the lights are blinking in a pattern(ex 2 blinks followed by 4 blinks) or certain functions are blinking in a pattern over and over, that is an error code display which must be interpreted. The machine is trying to tell you where the problem is.

Why won't the tv come on, just get intermittent flashing red standby light?

Most likely it's a capacitor fault.

Google "Capacitor bulge" and then search Youtube for your make and model to see if anyone has done an instructional video. You'll need to be comfortable dismantling the unit and be able to use a soldering iron. If this isn't you then take it to a repair shop.

My camera won't take pictures with the flash on and when i try the red light just blinks. only takes pictures with no flash.

When your flash light (I mean the part that gives the flash) or the capacitor that stores the power for the flash are defect. you won't see a flash. When a red light comes on, when actually the flash should fire, the most likely the capacitor is defect. The electronics sensed it could not reach the voltage needed to fire the flash.
It also could mean your battery can't deliver enough to charge the capacitor, but is that was the case the battery indicator should tell you.

My philips tv flat screen keeps shutting off and a red flashing code starts blinking?

Not sure what code since you didn't say, but here is the code breakdown.

When the TV does this, the RED LED on the front will blink. For digits 1-10 it will blink pause then repeat. For numbers with 2 digits it will blink the first digit slow and then second digit fast. So 25 would be 2 slow blinks followed by 5 fast blinks.

Error code DR

Pull the tech sheet out of the dryer ( behind the lower front access panal ). The lights flashing are trying to tell you a fault code.

A copy:

MODEL DIFFERENCES: • Better models have a digital readout display
• Good models do not have a digital readout display
READING ERROR CODES 1. Position cycle selector knob to the 3 O’clock position.
2. Press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel buttons simultaneously for six seconds.
3. Immediately after, press and hold the START and Pause Cancel buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds.
4. Rotate the cycle selector knob to the 2 O’clock position.
On better model dryers, the error code will appear in the digital display. On good models, the five indicator lights of
Drying, Cool Down, Wrinkle Rid, and Clean Lint Filter Spin will flash the number of times for the first digit of the code
and the START indicator light will flash the number of times for the second digit. Take separate counts of each indicator
light, then repeat to confirm in order to be accurate in identifying the proper error code. The code is obtained by counting
the number of times the lights flash. Example E24: The five indicator lights would flash twice indicating the 2 and the
START indicator light will flash four times indicating the 4. The five indicator lights and the START indicator light start
flashing at the same time. The control will pause for 2 seconds, then repeat the code.
Note: A letter appearing in the code stands for a number higher than nine.
A = 10 B = 11 C = 12 D = 13 E = 14 F = 15
Example Code E4A: the first digit would be 4 and the second digit would be 10. If this code would appear on a dryer in
the Good model line, the five indicator lights would blink four times and the START indicator light would blink ten times.
Troubleshoot problem by using chart below.
To move on to the next code, press the OPTIONS button. To clear code, press the Select button.
To exit this mode, simultaneously press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel buttons for six seconds.
