Question about Washing Machines
When washer is in spinning cycle it bangs side to side, even with a small even load, springs are in place but seems like it moves more then it should
Plug off the wall, check your shock-absorbers after opening up the rear. They should be firmly fixed, no bolts loose of come off. While you are behind re-check all springs. Never use too small a load. There could be a "half load" switch also.

It is supposed to move freely but ofcourse not bang. what brand is your washer so i can give you a solution to the banging problem
