Haier portable AC water collection tank full in one hour.

My unit was working fine for a couple years but now it won't evaporate. It still cools fine but it also collects about 16 ounces of water every hour and then shuts itself off until I drain it. I'm wondering it the evaporative mechanism it broken some how.

I bought Air condition today(Haier 8000 BTU) I install my living room but it doesn't cool it,the setting is Cooling and high,please help me before I return it.

I would take it abck. Iknow its not the answer you want to hear but it might save you a lot of heart ache in the future

BRAND NEW AC IS FREEZING UP

Temp set to cool. shut it down for a hour or so . close all unused rooms. set tstat to mid range and start it up again . when it cycles off and its still to warm in the room trun the stat down tell it comes on again. Also check the filter and make ceratin it is clean.

I have two haier ac and the on in my bedroom only cool down to 72 degrees and the one in the kitchen reads 66 i was wondering why the one in my bedroom don't cool down to 66

Find the probe inside near the evaporator,where the filter goes,and pull it away from the evaporator so the temp will lower.

AC is not cooling

I would say you have a freon leak. May be the outside unit is not running now because the low psi switch has it off because it does not have enought freon.

Haier window air conditioner is not cooling to desired temperature after the filter has been cleaned and put back in.

You should have at least 5,500 BTU's for that size room. Clean the filter. Turn it on and let it work for a few hours.
