Haier room air conditioner doesn't cool maximally at "Hi AC"

You should have at least 5,500 BTU's for that size room. Clean the filter. Turn it on and let it work for a few hours.

Haier window air conditioner is not cooling to desired temperature after the filter has been cleaned and put back in.
