If you are using digital Audio connections, try to hook up analog audio connections as a backup to your digital (signal on digital can drop out on occasion. If that does not work, try updating your system(register by calling bose and you will receive update discs when they are available))
also bose's tech support is superb, so if you ask them what they think is wrong you will probably get a more precise answer than i am able to give you right now.
