External counter has been enable, u need to disable it...
Each signal will be enabled by configuring the setting code "08-9016" (Counter installed externally).
08-9016
0: No external counter (Default)
1: Coin controller
2: Card controller (For Japan only)
3: Key copy counter
5: Coin controller supporting mixed-size

Hi Didi2005, i have a 2050c with "insert coin" too. When i start pressing 08 give to me an screen asking for "service password". Do you know which passwird it means? I have tryied 123456, 12345, 1234, #1048#... Nothing works

This is an overvoltage error....Really need a tech to fix this...could be bad wall voltage....or the thermostat in the IH unit...or the fuse in the IH unit...or the logic board....

please do the following..

Open the ADF cover.

If shipping tape is present on the blue document feed-guide assembly, remove the tape.

Using the blue handle, lift the ADF rollers.

Remove the document.

Lower the ADF rollers.

Press the two tabs on the document feed-guide assembly to secure the assembly into the proper position.

Close the ADF cover.

Fax, scan, or copy again.

If your copier didn't set any A3 drawer, then u need to insert A3 paper on bypass unit, on left panel select A3 (Original) to A3 (copy) b4 u press the start button. Otherwise paper jam will occur.

Delete the log in the following procedure:[5] + [C] +
[POWER] ? 4. Initialize database ? 1. LDAP database
(to delete user database) (Note that all user, role, group
and accounting data will be deleted.)
