Have you tried using an Xbox Wii or Ps with your tv, cuz some TVs with build in Wi-Fi just never work right. Also plug it straight in to your router check in settings for an update, good luck

Ui-800-2 on screen and won' t open Netflix

Hi Patrick,
Well, there is a standard procedure to solve this.
If you're using a:

* TV / Blu-ray player / Set-top box
Unplug the device from the power, wait 1 minute and then plug it again.
If it still does not work, log out of your account and log in again.
By now it should be working, but the last thing you can do is unninstall Netflix (if possible) and install again

* Computer
Close netflix and open again.
If it persists you can try to use another browser or clear your cache in cookies (notice that clearing coockies and cache can delete some data INSIDE YOUR BROWSER that you want to keep)

* Phone / tablet
Close the app and open again.
If it doesn't work, log out and then in.
With the error persisting try to unninstall then install the app again.

If it persists, contact Netflix at the bottom of his site:

Hi we just bought a smart tv. we have Netflix on it and it worked fine for the first couple of day, now it does not want to work anymore.It says code ui-800-3100018 what does this mean?

Error codes are always slightly frustrating as they don't necessarily describe what the error actually is. In this case, Error UI-800-3 means that Netflix is experiencing an internet connectivity problem. This could mean you're unable to sign in or stream content.
I would factory reset your tv, then make sure you have the latest updated firmware for it. Next re-enter your netflix details. You did not mention if you connected via ethernet or wireless. Whichever medium would be worth checking also.

I assume your Samsung TV has Smart features. If that is the case, you may need to do the following..

  1. Connect your TV to your wireless Internet. Using the remote goto Menu -> Networks -> Network Settings -> Wireless
  2. Select your network from the list and enter passwords if required.
  3. You can view the Network status option to see what you are connect to and the signal strength.
  4. Press the Smart feature key (multicolored key in the middle of the remote.
  5. Look for the Netflix icon near the top of the screen. It may take a short while to load so be patient.
  6. Enter your Netflix login account or select the free month option.
Keep in mind you may be asked to consent to some of the Samsung, Yahoo and other policies in order to use some features and they may collect information about what you view, etc. Read the policies found under the Menu. Also, this procedure works for the

Watch netflix with samsung TV

Hi , It is easy to have bbc iplayer or UK or US netflix on Samsung smart TV and watch it outside the UK or US
there are two way to do , one is using DNS ,, but no recommended because it blocked occasionally, so the best way is use reliable VPN provider which you can get from this link http://www.overplay.net/#a_aid=vpnprovider
you can get the account and pay for one month 10 $ or one Year 100 $ VPN + smart DNS , also you can ask for refund if not work for you so you are in safe side!

after getting your account ready , you need VPN Router , and technology of VPN better should be openvpn it is faster more stable than pptp or l2tp because it reconnect if even your main connection drop and restored
once your VPN router is ready , just reset your samsung TV to factory default , you can go to TV manual and do it
connect your TV directly to the VPN Router for your reference connection should be like below
Main Internet Router -----> VPN Router ------> TV
restart your TV and live it for 30 minutes ! vola you will see netflix , Pandoora , Spotify will apear on TV apps , just enter your user name password of netflix and start enjoying it !!! let me know if this helps?
