All you need to do is install revo uninstaller software from :

next after you install it you will see your old epson drives in that and just click on it and then click on Uninstall at the top click next the applications uninstaller will begin then you need to uninstall it.If it says that it cannot be uninstalled or gives any error then cancel it and then on revo uninstall again click on next it will scan for registry files then you need to check all bold registry items and then click on delete.Make sure you only tick bold items don't remove then ones which are not bold this will crash your pc.

After you are done with that then it will scan for left over files and you need to click on select all and then click on delete. That's all you will be able to reinstall new epson software.

Thank you

Recently my laptop had to be reformated and now my s20 printer is not responding to print commands. What do i need to do.

I believe you have yet installed the printer driver.
- Please install the printer driver using the drivers disc that came with the printer. - if you don't have the drivers disc, you can download it from the printer manufacturer's web site. - I assume your printer is Epson Stylus S20, am I correct? If it is, you can download the driver from Epson's website.
Hope that helps.

Lost software disk

No worries, you can always download the software for free from Epson. According to your problem you have the S20 model printer (if this is not correct please respond to my answer here and let me know your model and I will find the correct software for you). But based on your question, the S20.. I have the software link for you at the bottom of this answer. Just click that, open it up and go through the install by clicking SETUP when you open it, this installs the software for the printer.

Please make sure you rate my answer 4 thumbs up, it is extremely important to me. I would be forever grateful if you could do so. If you need more help on this question please just respond to my answer here and I will get right back to you.

Download the software for the printer here:

If you need additional software for it, like the "creative suite" that came on the cd originally you can get it for free from here:;jsessionid=DEB74EC1EC7DD49C1BC8BAC3D2B7C880.acc8-new

Epson S20 does not recognise cartridges

It should be returned to the seller for exchange under warranty.

I presume you have removed the tags on the cartridge and ensured they have chips on the cartridge case? If all that has been done then i would be making a warranty claim

Epson s20 genuin ink not recognised

I think the problem is in your windows, try to reinstall your windows. I suggest, don't reset the original chip, cause it's damage the chip.

You would need to install the drivers, connect the cable and select the printer as your default printer.

Normally a new printer would come together with an installer/driver CD that should auto install drivers/software appropriate for your Operating System. All you need to attached is either the USB or parallel cable from the printer to your PC.

If for some reason the installer/driver CD is unavailable, they may be downloaded from the Epson website/ Support/ Downloads section. Here is the link to that page. Drivers are OS specific.

Hope this be of some help. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.
