Check the manual at and there are some good you tube videos as well but basically, stand by the front wheel, position the seat slightly reclined and forward facing. Press the buttons on each side of the seat and pull the hinge forward and down. Make sure it clips shut or it will spring open again.

Hi my quinny buzz seems to be collapsing when the baby is in the pram the "round bit" at the front is not catching therefore it is collapsing hope this makes sense many thanks jacalyn

try the bolts at the sides of the pram as they can come loose if it is the black joints on the side it is likely to be broken but you can get a replacement chassis on ebay for around £50 hope this helps x

Problem in folding quinny buzz to stiff

I would suggest that when folding the Buzz, stand in front of it first. Push down one of the grey buttons, then slide and push the other, then you can use your whole body weight to push the pram to the floor enabling you to collapse it. It is also easier if you remove the seat prior to folding.

I hope this helps.

Main frame and worn wheels of the quinny buzz

This happened to my wife the other day, I found that the main pivot bolt had pulled through the plastic pivot/collapse assembly. This part is rivoted to the frame so without drilling it out and replacing with an ugly nut and bolt you will have to source a new frame. I got mine from Ebay, I found someone selling lots of quinny buzz bits and asked if he still has the frame he said yes but the handle bar no longer extends (Hence im on here looking how to swap the two), Problem solved!

I also found out from Quinny that the Buzz has a 2 year manufacturers warranty, where Motercare insisted it was 1 year, so dont let them fob you off.
Hope this helps

Quinny buzz

This sounds like a faulty quinny. If it is collapsing while you are pushing it, you should immediately contact quinny: find out the contact information on . It is country specific, so you will have to choose yours and go from there. Let them know that it is collapsing on its own and they should send you a new chassis.

Hope this helps,

Toddler Seat Accessory

I went to the Valco site and wrote and email to the Support Team and they emailed me the instructions to collapse the Toddler seat with the pram. The pram now 'squashes' nicely!

Quinny buzz

I had the exact same problem with my quinny buzz. When i went to get it repaired i was told that we had broken the gas line in the hydrolics in the frame. When i tried to collapse the buzz for the first time, when i got the the point where you meet some resistance (if you haven't pressed and pushed the buttons properly) i forced it closed which broke the hydrolics. This can't actually be repaired but the pram can still be used safely as long as you manually snap the frame up, ensuring it locks into place. The two black parts meet at the top when it's locked in properly so you should be able to see if it is or not. Make sure when you collapse the pram that you do press and push the buttons fully. You should meet no resistance and it should collapse freely when this is done properly. Hope this helps!
