Question about Heating & Cooling
Before we proceed, i would like to inform you that whenever Humidity is high, there portable air conditioners would leak water from the back. It's not a fault, However the design that they are made of.It's always advisable to keep them at the edge of the room.
Excluding the above one, other factors are :-
1. If the unit is not balanced. If the placement of the unit is not correct, it would leak the water.
2. Check the drain pipe. Any leak in the internal drain system would lead to leakage.I would use a can of air to blow out the leakage.
