F7 refers to a bad ERC (electonic range control) It's indicating there's a short in the latch switch which locks the oven door. Apart from finding the short in the switch/wiring, the only fix is a new ERC which runs about $240.00 ERC Whirlpool. I wish you well.

Put the fuse back in to unlock the oven door and open it. To run a connectivity test, the oven should be plugged in but to conduct a visual inspection, unplug the oven to check for bare spots or a loose connection.
There are several theories on how to open a locked oven door. The best one I've found is unplugging the stove for 15 minutes. This should reset the electronic lock and allow you access to the door. If not, you may have to slide something into the crevice to undo the latch (with oven unplugged). To test the circuitry, you will need an electrical tester to check for current.

I'd like to try and find the short circuit for the door latch. I had the oven light switch replaced a few months ago and the oven has only been used twice since then. I'm thinking perhaps the wiring has not been connected well. Since the oven door latch is now locked how can I make it unlock to access the oven? It only locked when I took out the oven fuse, so can I take the fuse out or unplug the stove to unlatch the door lock?
Thank you
The oven door initially was not locked when F7 was displaying. I then took out the fuse and when I replaced it is when the door locked. Taking out the fuse and replacing it again has not unlocked the door. Please provide details as to how to run a connectivity test and how I can get the oven door unlocked.
Thank you
