Have you tried any electronics stores or looked online: Maybe radioshack, bestbuy, or ordered it online from the Apex digital corporation or either look on the back on the device there should be a label with the address to the Apex company.

They usually use pretty standard audio cords, you can probably just get a replacement at your local Radio Shack. The only one I would be worried about is if you lost the power cord....if that's the case you need to be sure if you buy a different one that the voltage is the same as required.

Charging mp3 player

If your MP3 has an inbuilt Li-Ion battery (e.g. no compartment for a standard/Ni-MH AAA battery), then connecting the player to your computer will normally charge it - this is the case for the PD-6070 'stick' player. Your player will also indicate that it is being charged (or not charged!) via the battery level/power indicator which is located on the top RHS.
Hope it helps!

Recharging mp3

Whenever the PD-6070 is connected to a PC, it will charge. The battery indicator on the OLED screen will slowly fill over and over as it is charging. When the charging is complete, the battery indicator will stay filled.
