Speed is alrigt but the pick up arm stays in rest position you can move it bay hand but it want non go down to the record. I have four currents 5v - + and 15v - and +

GuruYou might have a bad cue motor/ass'y. Did you buy this new, or used? Are you the original owner? Did this just start happening? Have you done anything different (moved the unit, cleaned it, etc) to the unit?
If the cue ass'y is bad, then that would require professional servicing.
