T-18 arrow stapler. How to clean it and oil it.

  • Arrow Fastener Company, LLC

Hey there, you can clean the tool by removing the channel. This can be done by unscrewing the rear screw and nut the same way you would with the T50 staple gun, as shown here:https://bit.ly/2Bxarlw. Typically, however, it is not necessary to oil this tool. If you're experiencing a lot of jams, or if the staples are not sliding down the channel, there is likely another issue causing this. We'd like to chat with you to further troubleshoot if that is the case. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 800-776-2228.

It's quite possibly under the cap it's the head valve. Does it shoot at all ?
If so hold the trigger after the shot listen for where air is leaking.

Will the Arrow staples # 405 fit into my Craftsman 68464 staple gun ?

thats the picture of the manual staple gun
and the picture of type of staples you want

on the staple box confirms you can use the staples in that
sears craftsman
note the staple has inches and metric dimensions

all you need to check is the stapler eject system is not worn out
or cause a jam as you try to staple
if sticky .. try some sewing machine oil on the stapler workings

Will Arrow #506 staples work in an Arrow JT27 manual stapler?

Hello, there. No, 506 staples will not work in the JT27 stapler. This staple gun takes JT21 staples in 1/4-inch, 5/16-inch and 3/8-inch. Did you have any more questions about your JT27?

How to take apart

Use a knife or small screwdriver to remove the little lock rings on one side of the stapler. DO NOT lose them With the lock rings removed, push the pins toward the other side of the stapler and remove them. Now the internal mechanism can be removed through the bottom of the stapler after you remove the staple "pusher" from the rear.

That's about as far as you can take that stapler apart.

I inherited a Bosch T31 bradder and stapler. Couldn't get any help at Home Depot chosinga nails. Bought Porter Cable 16 Ga. 1" finish nails (PFN16100-1). Released arm and slid the nail carrier...

BOSTITCH T31-1 stapler & T31-2 STAPLER and NAILER. Both use 18 gauge (very fine gauge wire). Try using 18 gauge Bostitch staples (used in BT model bostitch staplers). Good Luck

My jt 21m stapler is jammed and i cant get it to open

At the end of the stapler opposite where the staplers are driven out is a release. Push it in and turn it should come out with a long spring.
