Camera activation trying to turn on my e620-5885 labtop webcam

Click on Start on the task bar then go to the Control Panel. You should see
the web camera or Crystal Eye Webcam/Camera.
After you left or right click on the camera it should give you options on
how to activate or enable video capture if that doesn't work, just right
click on the camera and select properties and enable!

GO TO THE CONTROL PANEL AND CLICK ON CAM.

MOST OF THE TIME IF THE WEBCAM ISN'T AVAILABLE,

I have a webcam that is built in my compaq labtop and i don't know how to turn it on.


just make sure its driver is installed and use programs that uses webcam to access it. to test if it is working, try going to http://testmycam.com and click the agree or accept option. hope it helps

Webcam camera stoped working

The web cam is most likley controlled by software in your laptop. if you have "QuickPlay" try openning that program, you will see a Camera Icon . pressing that icon should start your Camera.
