I only get a BLUE screen When I power up the television. I only use it for TV and nothing else. How do I get it back to the Normal mode for watching TV?

Although we only use the TV for a few hours, we often get the "No Signal" blue screen. NOTHINg seems to help---since I cannot access any menu choices (they can't be seen). I've called Olevia a number of times; the only "answer" I have gotten is "turn off the TV for 6 -12 hours. Doesn't make sense to me....and my TV is less than 6 months old!

I did go through the DISH TV network that we have; their technician says everything on this side is AOK.

    Now what??

I have the same problem but mine is a 42", did you find a fix?

I want to watch television but it says "no sync" and I have been through every option on the menu and can not get the tv to work. I have used the same cable to hook up to another TV and it works fine, so it is not the cable box or the cable wire. Before I reached the final setup on the gym and when i first got the bike I quickly put the cable in to see if it works and was able to get the tv on the screen. Now, which is about a month since i initially tested the bike, I can't get it back.

When I turn the TV on it goes to the blue screen but nothing works then the TV powers off on its own.

Blue screen usually indicates no input. Check the input selection. Check the cables from the source. If everything is correct, try this: unplug the TV, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, repeat. Plug it back in and try again.
