Is your hop up unit on? The hop up unit is what keeps the BB from falling out of the barrel. You need to access it and turn it on so it blocks the BBs.
it is possible that the air pump piston has a leak which slowly pushes the pellet out before you can shoot. The piston seal is sometimes oiled leather which can dry out, or rubber which can wear.
Are you sure its a bb gun and not a pellet gun? Usually bb guns have a magnet on the bolt, that keep the bbs from falling out. Pellets don't roll so the won't roll out the barrell.
Can you see through the barrel? Or run a rod down the bore? It sounds like the BB is either falling out the end of the barrel or the BBs are getting jammed up in there. Do not hold your hand in front of the barrel to see if any air comes out. You might get stung with 10 BBs. Hope this helps.
