You have a mbr virus.
Download The following iso listed below. It is the latest version of the Kaspersky rescue disk. You need to burn it to a bootable flash drive with a program like Imgburn (Which is also FREE like the iso file). Then you need to boot from the flash drive and run the scanner. It should fix you right up.
