It's a hardaware problem - the lens shutter isn't working - probably the shutter cable has broken - happens to these series cameras very often, I have seen a lot of these with this problem. The only way is to change the shutter or whole lens unit, which could get quite expensive. You will have to contact your local Samsung service center.

Sorry for the bad news!

I have a tube tv. the picture as lines and is blur that goes in and out.

If the lines are colored DIAGONAL lines, they are referred to as "retrace lines," which indicates either that the picture tube bias is set too high, or the brightness level is set too high.. If the blur occurs when the image is particularly bright or a particular color is bright, it is referred to as "blooming." This is caused by either a weak high voltage circuit or because the picture tube bias is set too high.

Is the picture set very bright? Try reducing the brightness control to a level where the retrace lines disappear, and reducing the contrast control below the level where the blooming occurs.

If the television is more than ten years old or has many hours of use, the picture tube may simply be deteriorating normally. By nature, they have a limited life span. Before you decide to throw the set out, if you are technically-inclined, try adjusting the bias and screen drive controls for the television as recommended by the set manufacturer (you didn't specify what make or model the set is), and you may get a few months or years of additional life out of the set.

I have a 2008 Impala. I cannot put the car in drive. The gear shift is totally locked. I have checked the emergency brake, checked for anything that would be an interference, and it will not disengage....

Is the car parked on a steep hill? Sometimes things just don't line up and will cause all sorts of problems.

Since you didn't say it wouldn't start, are you getting any error codes? Have you checked the entire length of the transmission linkage and make sure that something hasn't come loose?

Want to change back ground

For that you can use any picture of your's at the background. First of all you need to open the picture and right click anywhere in the picture and click at shown in the picture. It will change your desktop to that picture. This one is the simplest way to do this.

Hiatchi 51m200 Green bulb out of alignment

Has the set been dropped? There`s no phisical way in which this can occur during normal everyday use. The three CRT Tubes are bolted to the chassis. I think if the set hasn`t been moved or dropped, you`ll probably find that the Convergence chip, coil or supply to that particular chip is damaged. It is an engineers job I`m affraid. Ian

Toshiba projection tv problem

Hi, you have a failed convergence circuit, you didn`t list model & chassis number so I can`t tell you which IC`s your set uses. this is not an easy job for a layperson that has never done this before, (requires removal of main board and un-soldering two large IC`s and replacing them) If you want more info ask away but be sure to give model/chassis so I know which set were dealing with, good luck, BMW Rider
