Question about Weber Genesis E-320 Propane Grill
Sorry, brother, your regulator is dead. You need to replace it. Lowe's/HomeDepot/Similar sell replacements, Not hard to swap out, Low cost.

I have replaced several hoses for friends and myself, that connect regulator to grill. Mostly grills that has drawer that holds tank that pulls out to replace tank. The movement opening and shutting drawer collapses hose inside. I had a hose made that is longer and more flexible. It has totally cured low flame and no flame.
I'm not saying that your regulator is not bad, this is just something else that can go bad.
