Question about Nokia Cell Phones
I guess you are using a nokia phone, please got to nokia's website on http://www.nokia.com/ and click on your region (Asia, Africa, Europe...). you then on the homepage, please click on "Support and Software", you will be redirected to page that would require you to input your phone model. Once you do that you can then have access to the software to connect your mobile phone to pc (Nokia PC suite).
Please download it and run it on your computer, you can then connect your phone to it via USB or blueetooth.
If you are using a mobile other than the specified (Nokia), please feel free to let me know.
