Question about GE Profile Spectra JGBP90 Gas Kitchen Range
I have a GE XL44, about 7 years old. Last week, I was getting a glow in oven and smelling gas. Then no glow, no gas smell. Could this still just be an igniter problem?
Yes. The ignitor must register 2.9 amps or more to operate correctly and ignite the gas. Replace the ignitor.
